Dr Sanjiv Agrawal is an eminent interventional cardiologist with an extensive experience in performing both elective and primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) to manage single and multi-vessel CADs. He has been active in the field of Interventional Cardiology for almost 25 years, having obtained the DM (Cardiology) superspecialty degree from Christian Medical College Vellore back in 1990. Prior to that he completed his basic medical studies (MBBS and MD) from BJ Medical College in Pune.
Dr Agrawal currently is a Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at the Fortis Malar Hospital, Adyar, Chennai. In the past he has worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Cardiology at CMC Vellore, and as a Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at the Madras Medical Mission (1991-94).
